Terms of Service

By using Katib Studio you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. We may revise these terms; material changes will be announced with at least 14 days’ notice.

Free trial

New workspaces receive 10 AI credits and a 14-day trial window whichever expires first. The trial requires no payment method. At expiry the workspace remains accessible but AI generation is disabled until you upgrade or buy a credit pack.

Subscriptions

The Creator and Team plans bill monthly through StreamPay. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation drops the workspace to free at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-off purchases. Packs do not expire and roll over indefinitely. Credit packs are non-refundable once delivered to your workspace balance — please buy the size you need. Credits consumed by AI generations cannot be reinstated.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Katib to generate or distribute content that violates third-party rights, applicable law, or the model providers’ usage policies. We may suspend workspaces that produce large-scale spam, attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure, or attempt to extract our prompts / model outputs at scale.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in your workspace. We process it only as needed to render, store, and deliver the service to you. We will not use your content to train models or sell it to third parties.

Disclaimer

AI-generated drafts are starting points, not finished work. Review every output before publishing. We don’t guarantee that AI suggestions are accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. The service is provided “as is”.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved in Riyadh courts.
